Reference Number 0000419006 the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation (City), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for the Sierra Linda Drive Storm Drain Repair Project (Project). Engineering services shall include, but not be limited to; surveying, environmental evaluation, the design of a proposed repair, preparation of cost and schedule estimates, permitting, support during construction, and preparation of final as-built plans and specifications. Proposals must be limited to 25 pages, minimum size 11 font, and standard 8.5x11 pages in searchable PDF format. Schedule and Total Fee breakdown may be larger in size than the other pages of the proposal The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason it deems necessary, to waive defects or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City.
