Renovation of an educational facility in Perris, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the completion of mechanical, plumbing, and electric work to replace HVAC equipment at Citrus Hill High School, 18150 Wood Road, Perris, 92570. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the forms provided, conform to all bid and contract documents, and possess appropriate active State of California Contractor Licenses (A, B, C-10 - Electrical Contractor, C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor). Each bid requires a bid bond, cash, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price as security. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. All workers must be paid at least the general prevailing rate of wages, and all applicable registration, qualification, and compliance requirements must be met. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the base bid amount only. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularity in bids received.
