Reference Number 0000419123 The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners (herein after referred to as the County) is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for this project: FY26-CP-E02 Pleasant Hill Road Drainage Repairs Project. The project consists of demolition of an existing damaged reinforced concrete box culvert inlet wingwall, construction of a new reinforced concrete box culvert inlet wingwall, and construction of a new reinforced concrete inlet apron. The work will include dewatering operations, grading and earthwork operations, demolition of existing reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete construction, traffic control work, and erosion control work. The project location is along Pleasant Hill Road approximately 220 feet south of its intersection with Old Moore Road near latitude 32.576122, longitude -81.965354. The project shall commence immediately after the Countys issuance of the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same no later than Ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work and certification of same no later than One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued.
