New construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The scope of the work is to perform removal and pre-setting, repair, and re-anchoring of a stone veneer at MLGW McCord Pumping Station located at 6320 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38134. In addition, the stone veneer entrance shall be cleaned and repainted as outlined in the Contract Document and Specifications. Potential Bidders are required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit. Failure to attend will deem the firm unqualified to bid on this project. All Bidders must complete the Bidding Blank in its entirety, noting "N/A" for items that do not apply. Questions regarding the Sealed Bid must be submitted in writing via email to MLGW with the contract number in the subject line by the specified deadline. Bidders shall not contact any MLGW staff except those designated in the document or subsequent correspondence. No phone calls will be accepted regarding this Sealed Bid. All Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Tennessee law, and the relevant license information must be completed on the bid envelope. If the bid amount is under $25,000, the phrase "Exempt from licensing requirement" must appear in the appropriate space on the envelope, and other required information must still be provided. Only hard copies of the bid documents will be accepted; electronic submissions will not be considered. Bids received after the due date will not be accepted. MLGW may give Local Bidding Preference or Local Bidding Presence as allowed, and relevant documentation must be submitted as required. The Bidder's Qualifications must be submitted by reference letter and indicate Contract Number C2894 and title. All contract bonds must be written through a surety company authorized to do business in Tennessee. MLGW reserves the right to reject any bids or waive minor irregularities.
