The project is for High Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Well Plugging and Related Services within Oil and Gas Division Districts 1, 5, and 6 in the eastern portion of the state. It includes, but may not be limited to, plugging or re-plugging of High Hydrogen Sulfide H2S Wells and providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and services necessary for restoring the land in the immediate vicinity of the well to its former state as determined by the RRC. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules, including RRC Statewide Rules, the specifications in the Statement of Services and any Work Order issued under the contract, and all terms and conditions of the contract. Respondents must note that High H2S Wells are hazardous and entail inherent risk to personnel. Respondents are advised to read the solicitation in its entirety and must provide all required information as outlined in Section A.7: Evaluation of the Proposal and Attachment 3: Respondent’s Qualifications Statement. Failure to provide mandatory required information will result in disqualification from consideration for award. Selected Respondents will be bound to the solicitation terms and any other specific terms in a finalized Work Order. Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and ordinances, including licensing, certification, and permitting requirements, is required.
