Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade fire / police facility; and two-story above grade municipal facility.

The historic two-story brick building has undergone multiple additions and renovations over its lifespan and is in need a complete roof replacement. The facility currently serves as the City of Canton Police Department Headquarters and the Municipal Courts for the City of Canton. A complete roof replacement was completed in 2024 to replace the aged roof; however, the roof has endured substantial leaks causing damage to the interior of the building in multiple areas. The recently installed roof is leaking in multiple areas and requires total replacement with new materials installed using the roofing industry and manufacturer's standard detailing and installation instructions.
