Site work and paving for a communication facility in Berea, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility; and for paving for a communication facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the installation of overhead dynamic message signs and variable speed limit signs, along with associated appurtenances such as overhead gantries, CCTV cameras, and RWIS systems at various locations throughout the Ohio Turnpike. Work is to be performed in accordance with the provided plans, drawings, specifications, special provisions, technical specifications, and other contract documents. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal for this project is 13%. Bidders must certify a commitment to meet the SBE Goal or demonstrate good faith efforts to attain SBE participation. Pollution Liability Insurance is required. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via Bid Express and follow all instructions detailed in the contract documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 All questions must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Opening.
