The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a permanent bypass connection, installation of an odor control system, concrete rehabilitation of the wet well, select valve and piping replacements, replacement of wet well ventilation system, replacement of miscellaneous metals in the wet well, instrumentation and electrical upgrades to the wet well, new pump controls, and miscellaneous site improvements. If Bid Alternate A is selected, an additional 180 calendar days will be added to base bid completion time, and work will be substantially complete within 420 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run provided in paragraph 4.01 of the General and Supplementary Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment within 450 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
