Reference Number 0000419283 Kansas City Kansas Public Schools (KCKPS / USD 500) is soliciting sealed bids for Asphalt/Concrete Repair Work - 2026. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform asphalt milling, resurfacing, crack filling, sealcoating, and related concrete repair work at the project sites listed in this solicitation. The contract may be awarded to one contractor or to multiple contractors, at the sole discretion of the District. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes The successful bidder will be required to submit a breakdown of cost for each item and each site. Prior to beginning work, the contractor shall meet with Facilities Department personnel to develop a work schedule. The District reserves the right to modify work schedules as necessary. The contractor will be required to designate a capable Foreman authorized to make decisions and be present at the job site(s) at all times. Bidders are required to inspect the sites and be familiar with existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
