Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For the furnishings of necessary labor and materials for the following: Demolition of Structures Located at 10 Properties as Part of Hancock County's Py24 Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program Project Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Paper Bid Bond, Electronic Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the Hancock County Commissioners, in the amount of 10% of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Kaysie Penzinski, Grant Administrator through the Online. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 11:00AM on April 13, 2026. Prospective bidders will please note that Ohio Department of Development funds are being used to finance this project. It is imperative that the Contractor complies with all formalities required by Hancock County and the Ohio Department of Development. Compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Hancock County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the County.
