Project No. A2H #: 24036.01 Project Name: Fellowship Road over Middleton Creek. Structure: 75' single span reinforced concrete bridge, 90 skew. Sealed bids are required. Bidders may examine documents at specified locations or download electronic files free of charge. Hard copy sets are available for purchase at the contractor's expense. The owner may waive informality or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days of opening. Bid security is required in the specified amount and form. Bidders must comply with the Contractor Licensing Act of 1994 as amended; required information must appear on the outside of bid envelopes for projects over $25,000, including name, address, phone number, project name, bidder's license number, license expiration, and applicable license classification. The official bidder list will be maintained online; only those on the list and meeting requirements will have their bids opened. Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda before submitting bids. The project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee.
