Sealed bids are requested for the Asotin SD Windows and Doors Replacement project. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail, and must be received by the specified deadline. Digital construction drawings and specifications can be obtained as indicated. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor's license, and each bid must include a copy of the contractor license, UBI number, address, and contact information. Each bid must also be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a state-licensed surety, in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. This surety is forfeited if the selected bidder fails to sign a contract or provide a one hundred percent performance bond. The rights to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities are reserved. Prevailing wage is required if non union.
