Site work and paving for a road / highway in Willowdale Township, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of one asphaltic concrete overlay project, referred to as "C-45(519B), Atkinson East Overlay." The project is located on 877th Road beginning approximately 150 feet east of 476 Avenue and ending at 485 Avenue, in Holt County, Nebraska. The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for construction of approximately 8.0 miles of a 3-inch asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR," and approximately 1.0 mile of 2-foot 6-inch trenched widening with a 3-inch asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR," along with cold milling, patching, earth shoulder construction, and other related incidental work. All bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents, along with an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the bid amount, and proposed start and end dates for construction. The successful bidder must supply a surety bond(s) in an amount equal to or greater than the contract within ten days after award. The Holt County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities.
