The work includes grass cutting and weed trimming for playgrounds and basketball courts, as well as maintaining and disposing of all trash in these areas. Grass cutting, weed trimming, and trash cleanup/disposal are required at least once a month for the K-City Lot and Rockhouse Darn (Back Side Only, with no vertical mowing—must be cut horizontal or weedeated). All other listed playgrounds and fields require these services every two weeks. The bid is a lump sum, divided into seven monthly payments for April through October. Bidders must provide insurance (General Liability, Worker's Compensation, etc.) and a WV Business License.
