Renovation of the existing 5000 SF practice gym at Putnam City North High School. The scope of work includes selective demolition, tectum wall panels, painting, and gym equipment, as specified in the plans and specifications by MA+ Architecture. Bids must be submitted electronically through BuildingConnected with all supporting documentation per the Instructions to Bidders and Title 61 requirements. Bids must be submitted on the Lingo Bid Form and include all affidavits. All bids of $50,000 or more require a bid security of 5% of the amount bid in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond. Lingo Construction and Putnam City Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities according to Title 61 of the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
