Sealed bids will be electronically received for the following project: Terminal Building Flooring Replacement at OKC Will Rogers International Airport. Bids must be made according to the Bidding Documents, and bidders need to pre-register for electronic bidding and be prequalified or otherwise qualified as specified. All affidavits and certifications listed in the Bidding Documents must accompany each bid. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond, equal to five percent of the total bid, must also accompany each bid. The selected bidder must provide a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificates of insurance within ten days of written notification of the contract award, or forfeit the bid security. The awarding authority may take up to one hundred twenty days from the bid opening date to award the contract, contingent on receipt of a Federal grant. Bids may be rejected or informalities waived at the authority's discretion. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference, with the only planned site visit to follow immediately. Bidders are subject to nondiscrimination and civil rights requirements, and contract award is also subject to meeting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements, federal solicitation requirements, and additional federal compliance regulations as specified in the Bidding Documents.
