Logistics Support Facility Cooling Tower Replacement for the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center for the Oklahoma City Airport Trust in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bids shall be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file with the City Clerk and available for examination. Bidders must pre-register for electronic bidding. All required affidavits and certifications listed in the Bidding Documents must be executed and submitted with the bid. A cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid. The bid security will be forfeited if the bidder fails to deliver the executed agreement, bonds, and insurance certificates within ten (10) days of contract award notification. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. Award is subject to local bidder preference. The only planned site visit will follow the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
