Project No. Trust OCAT GEN 2611 is for painting repairs and maintenance at Will Rogers International Airport, Wiley Post Airport, and Clarence E. Page Airport for the Oklahoma City Airport Trust. Electronic sealed bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents and submitted through the specified online portal. Bidders must pre-register for electronic bidding, be prequalified by ordinance or as specified in the documents, and submit all required affidavits and certifications with their bid. Bids deposited more than ninety-six hours before the opening or after the deadline will not be considered. A bid security of five percent of the total bid is required and will be forfeited if the selected bidder fails to deliver a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificate(s) of insurance within ten days of notification of award. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust may take up to forty-five days to award the contract and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Department of Airports, Osage Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Terminal Building, Will Rogers International Airport.
