The Consultant will also provide final design, Bidding, Construction Administration, and As-Built services. The selected firm must demonstrate experience designing airport airfield pavement at small hub or larger airport. Time Schedule for the above Scope of Work: Preliminary Report - Task 1 required within ninety (90) days of City/Trust approval of the Notice to Proceed.
