The project consists of the rehabilitation of Runway 17-35 edge lighting and signage system, Taxiway lighting, REILs, PAPIs, wind cone, and AWOS system. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with instructions. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders must make good faith efforts to subcontract a minimum of 0.0% of the contract value to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Bidders must be licensed to perform work within Oklahoma. The project is partially funded under the FAA Airport Improvement Program and requires compliance with specific federal provisions including Buy American Preference, Civil Rights - Title VI, Davis-Bacon, Debarment and Suspension, Lobbying, Procurement of Recovered Materials, and Prohibition of Covered UAS. The Town of Beaver reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 120 days after the bid opening date. The owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids for the project within this period.
