The City of Williston is Soliciting Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors for the Renovation and Restoration of Williston City Hall. The Project Includes Selective Demolition, Inspection and Repair/Replacement of Wood Floor Joists and Subfloor Systems (Including Treatment for Termite or Structural Damage), New Structural Plywood and Hardwood Flooring, Ada-compliant Restroom Upgrades and Accessories, Window Treatments, Electrical and Security System Improvements, Porch/Deck Repairs and Reinforcing, Gutter and Downspout Work, and Related Architectural Finishes and Site Improvements as Shown in the Construction Documents Prepared by Renaissance Group. The Bid Form Will Be Attached With the Drawing Package. The Drawings Will Be Issued Electronically. Bidding Schedule The Official Bid Form Must Be Completed in Full. Incomplete Bid Forms or Failure to Follow the Bid Form Instructions Will Result in Disqualification of the Bid.
