The City is evaluating software solutions to provide an Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System, which will replace the current electric and water metering systems. The proposed system must meet all specifications and requirements identified, aiming to deliver a dependable water and electric metering system and strong customer service. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specified procedures. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City's interests. Vendors may request the RFP and submit proposals either electronically or in hard copy prior to the specified deadline. All questions must be submitted prior to the above timeline.
