Sealed bids are invited for daily, monthly, and yearly cleaning services for multiple county buildings. Bid form, instructions, and specifications must be substantially complied with and include proof of general liability insurance, workman's compensation insurance (if applicable), and bond. Background checks will be performed on the contractor and all employees. Bid price must be itemized by location. Equal physical and communications access for people with disabilities as required by Title II of the ADA will be provided with reasonable advance notice. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or retaliation. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept bids deemed in the best interest of Boundary County.
