Work shall commence no earlier than June 1, 2026 and shall be substantially complete by August 1, 2026. Sealed bids are invited for Swimming Pool Renovations East Gymnasium, in accordance with bidding documents prepared by Kmetz Architects, Inc. The project will be constructed under one lump-sum contract. Bidding documents will be available for examination at multiple locations and may be obtained electronically upon request to the architect. Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the base bid amount must accompany bids.
