Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Duration in months: 6 ** site walkthrough : Proponents who arrive more than ten (10) minutes late on the day of the mandatory site meeting will be deemed to have not been present and will not be allowed to sign-in as present. During this meeting we will go through the mandatory bid requirements, uploads, bid tables and answer any questions you may have.
