Site work for a water / sewer project in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include Utility Improvements, approximately 5,855 LF of onsite 8” water, 12,027 LF of offsite 16” and 12” water, 5,938 LF of onsite 8” sanitary sewer, 7,111 LF of offsite 15” through 8” sanitary sewer, and 3,724 LF of 5'x3' RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, North Collin SUD, City of Princeton, and Collin County specifications to serve 168 lots on approximately 33.3 acres. The construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda issued prior to the opening of bids. Access to plans, specifications, and bid documents will be provided at the pre-bid meeting. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check from a responsible bank in Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous and to waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
