Sealed bids are invited for the installation of a water-proofing system for the basement at 116 E. 2nd Street, Livermore, Kentucky. The scope includes installation of the waterproofing system, replacement and installation of 27 support jacks with necessary groundwork, sump pumps with DC back-up, dehumidifiers, all electrical outlets, in-ground perimeter drainage system, encapsulation system, and all related materials. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years of experience installing commercial waterproofing systems on buildings over 5,000 square feet and provide at least three references for prior installations. Insurance coverage for damages/injuries during work is required. All bids should include an estimated installation timeframe, removal and disposal of debris, and be presented as a lump sum valid for 45 days from the opening date. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "MCPL Basement Bid." The award will be based on best value price for all responsive and acceptable offers. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
