Lextran is issuing a Request for Proposals to award a competitive contract to a firm for landscaping services. Proposals for furnishing the described product(s) or service(s) will be received until the specified deadline. Proposals must be submitted online via Lextran's eProcurement Portal. Lextran may reject submissions that are incomplete, non-responsive, or after the deadline. Lextran reserves the right to cancel or reissue the RFP, or to reject any or all submissions, either in whole or in part, if deemed unsatisfactory or not in Lextran's best interest. Lextran may waive minor technical deficiencies or irregularities in a submission. The selection criteria and evaluation process is at Lextran's sole discretion. Lextran may require proposers to provide information on financial responsibility and viability, or other requested information. Lextran reserves the right to publicly post bid tabulations including vendor prices. Questions regarding the project should be submitted through Lextran's eProcurement Portal and may require an addendum if additional documentation or changes to the RFP are needed.
