The LFUCG has also established a 3% of total procurement costs as a Goal for participation of Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Director of Central Purchasing, who in turn will have an Addendum issued for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, and to be given consideration must be received prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
