Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the following: Clean all designated lots by sweeping, blowing debris, and cleaning cracks. Treat oil spots, remove debris, and power wash as needed prior to sealing. Apply sealant to cracks wider than a 1/4 inch, allowing for proper curing time before striping. Apply two coats of high-quality asphalt emulsion seal coating over designated driving aisles and parking stalls. Paint concrete curbs for traffic management (such as yellow for no parking and blue for ADA). Layout all striping to match existing layouts unless otherwise directed. Paint parking stall lines, directional arrows, and fire lanes using reflective traffic paint (white or yellow as required). Repaint and update handicap parking stalls, access aisles, and symbols to meet all federal ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
