SCOPE OF PROJECT The intent of this project is to reclaim the strip-mined area in accordance with the Drawings and these Technical Specifications. The work involved essentially consists of: mobilization and demobilization, coordinating with utility companies to complete utility work, implementation of the erosion and sediment control plan, clearing and grubbing, grading, seeding, planting and access road restoration. The project site is located in Hawthorn, Redbank Township and Hawthorn Borough, Clarion County (Latitude 41 01' 32.3578", Longitude -79 17' 8.6227"). The abandoned mine land features (AMLFs) are located within Problem Areas 6036 and 6037 (PA 6036, PA 6037) which are found on the New Bethlehem 7.5 Minute USGS Quadrangle Map.
