Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisors of Redbank Township, Clarion County, PA for the following: OIL: 15,000 Gallons (more or less) MC 70 dust oil 15,000 Gallons (more or less) E-5 15,000 Gallons (more or less) E-3 20,000 Gallons (more or less) E-11 HFMS-2 Road Oil 20,000 Gallons (more or less) CMS-2 Furnished and applied to various township roads with a calibrated computerized distributor that has the capacity to shoot from 12'to16' by adding computerized nozzles. Suppliers may bid on any or all items. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and further reserves the right to accept the proposal most advantageous to the municipality.
