Material Contract: Accepting bids for the following aggregates: 500 Ton 2A; 100 Ton AASHTO #57; 100 Ton R-3 rock; 100 Ton R-4 Rock; 100 Ton R-6 Rock; 100 Ton R-8 Rock; 750 Ton anti-Skid; 50 Ton bituminous Cold Patch and 3000 Gal Diesel Fuel. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
