The following items are up for bid Item 1: 250 Tons more or less AASHTO 3 screened limestone (PA 3A) Item 2: 100 Tons more or less AASHTO 1 Limestone (PA 4) Item 3: 1,000 Tons more or less 2A Subbase. Item 4: 500 Tons more or less R-6 Item 5: 2,000 Tons more or less of DSA (driving surface aggregate) Item 6: 500 Ton R-8 Rip Rap All materials must be Penn Dot approved, certified and must meet current Pennsylvania Supplements. A 10% performance bond, proof of Liability and Workers Compensation must be provided within 20 days of receipt of award of the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
