City of Oakdale Department of Public Services is opening the: NORTH 8TH AVENUE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS for bid and is currently accepting bids for this project. Pursuant to Section 1770 of the California Labor Code, the successful bidder shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file at the Public Works Department and will be made available to any interested party upon request. Request for Proposals Bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in bidding. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 17, 2026 Question Deadline 04/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer. Replies will be issued only by Addenda. Questionsreceived lessthan 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
