The assignment includes hydrological and hydraulic assessment, and the conceptual and preliminary design of a diversion weir and/or water level control structure in Farewell Creek, along with inlet and outlet structures connecting the wetland to Lake Ontario. The work will support restoration of hydrological connectivity while maintaining water level management and carp exclusion.
