Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as "WPCP Oxidation Pond Levee Rehabilitation 2025 UY-24-09." The work consists of rehabilitation of the WPCP East Pond's interior East Levee including slope repairs, widening of access roads, and removal of overgrown vegetation according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project shall be completed within a total maximum of ninety (90) working days from the date specified from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). If Additive Alternate Bid A1 is awarded, then an additional twenty-five (25) working days will be added to the Contract Time. If Additive Alternate Bid A2 is awarded, then an additional fifteen (15) working days will be added to the Contract Time. If both Additive Alternate Bids A1 and A2 are awarded, then an additional forty (40) working days will be added to the Contract Time. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a Highly Recommended Optional Pre-Bid Conference to review site conditions and understand the coordination requirements associated with the project. City staff will discuss expectations regarding site access and the need to coordinate work with other contractors currently performing construction activities at the Plant.
