Project is to be completed within a total maximum of two hundred and forty (240) working days. Bidders must be licensed under California law to do the type of work contemplated in the project, perform with their own organizations work amounting to at least fifty percent of the contract price except specialty items, have completed within the last five years a minimum of five projects involving work of similar type and complexity each valued at not less than $500,000, and meet other mandatory bid requirements.
