General Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, services, and specialized skills to perform work involved in the Project. The Work included in the Bid is defined in accordance with Specifications No. 4039, Plan No. 1-3119, and Plan No. 2-419. The work generally includes: selective removal and replacement of deteriorated Portland cement concrete pavement; grading and preparation of sub grade; selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons; remodeling of curb drains; curb ramp modification and reconstruction to meet ADA requirements; disposal of all construction debris, including disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements, as shown on the project plans and specifications, Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC 2024 Edition), and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (2024 Edition), including all supplements thereto issued prior to bid opening date.
