The Work consists of repairing rip rap at Berth 4 and pavement at Berth 10 to include, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, excavation, fencing, and performance turf sod, concrete steps, and concrete sidewalk. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Alternatively, a certified check or cashier's check may accompany the Bid made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum Bid price, in accordance with section 255.051, Florida Statutes.
