Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, per the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents. The project is located on Grove Street from Milwaukee Street to Laack Street. This project will be funded as a part of the WisDOT Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). Major work items include: 1,700 CY of excavation common, 4,000 tons of base aggregate dense, 1,390 tons of HMA pavement, 2,800 LF of curb and gutter, 4,800 SF of concrete sidewalk, 855 LF of storm sewer, 20 storm structures, 1,875 LF of water main, 380 LF of water service, 7 sanitary structures, 1,420 LF of sanitary sewer, 730 LF of sanitary lateral, 140 LF of 24-in jack and bore casing pipe, and 890 SY of landscape restoration. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Plymouth, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. As a part of their Bids, Bidders shall submit a full and complete list of: 1) all of the proposed Subcontractors, and 2) the class of work which each will perform. The selected Contractor shall not alter this list without the written consent of the City.
