Plumbing and electrical changes as required for the new use are included, along with finishing work such as walls, ceiling, and floors. Exterior work includes door painting and repairs to the concrete sidewalk and steps. Quotes must include a list of subcontractors with a detailed cost breakdown and any additional fees. The contractor must supply all materials, tools, labor, and expertise to complete the work according to the provided plans and drawings. Tender package is available from the Elbow Village Office and can be downloaded from SaskTender.
