Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cupar, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Removal and replacement of the existing boilers and main heating pumps and associated work as identified in the Scope of Work document. Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and 'Consent of Surety' in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.
