These repairs will include pre-cast concrete "T" beams, as well as flat, and vertical brick and masonry work. Functioning light posts and bolted down handrails and furniture will need to be removed and reinstalled. The entire patio/plaza area will be weatherproofed with sealants and caulking/epoxies as detailed in the project drawings.
