Site work and renovation of a civil project in Elbow, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
SaskWater is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a new above-ground storage tank to expand potable water storage for the Elbow Potable Water Supply System (ELPOWSS). The existing system currently has approximately 640 m3 of storage capacity provided by three underground concrete reservoirs. The new storage tank will more than double the existing storage capacity, providing an additional 1000 m3 to help buffer the increasing demand during the significant seasonal population influx. This Work covers the installation of the tank, including the foundation, underground connections, and building tie-ins. The Work also involves installing a new distribution pump that can draw directly from the new storage tank and allow isolation of the existing concrete reservoirs.
