As part of this mission, and while pursuing the specific goals of university research, INRS must, in particular, direct its activities towards the economic, social and cultural development of Quebec, while carrying out the transfer of knowledge and technologies in all the sectors where it works. As part of the new Baie-Saint-Paul Center: INRS is requesting bids for the development of the procurement and administrative offices of the center The project consists of setting up the INRS base camp in Baie-Saint-Paul to start research activities in the region. The work is taking place at the Mother-House located at 63, rue Ambroise-Fafard in Baie-Saint-Paul and includes the development of the Procure on the 4th floor of block 1, administrative offices and a co-modal room on the ground floor. The spaces will accommodate up to seven professors and students, with offices, open areas and meeting rooms. The delivery is scheduled for the end of May for the 4th floor and the end of June for the ground floor. Delivery schedule The work to be carried out is described in the plans and specifications attached hereto as Appendix A and must be received in accordance with section 64, on June 30, 2026 for Phase 1 and on July 17, 2026 for Phase 2.
