This project consists of all labor and materials needed to construct a new sanitary sewer line to the 3200 Block of Terrace Drive. The purpose of the project is to provide sanitary sewers to the residences and allow abandonment of the septic systems. The project includes installation of 645 feet of 10" PVC sanitary sewer, 100 feet of 6" PVC sanitary lateral, four 48" manholes, and restoration. Each bid shall be submitted on a Board of Works Approved Form and must include a financial statement. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid. The contractor awarded the work will be required to furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work.
