Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque, payable to the Centre de services scolaire de l'Énergie, corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the tender amount, or a tendering bond, established at the same amount, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening submissions. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for wages, materials, and services as mentioned in the general conditions of the bidding documents.
