This project is mainly aimed at replacing the synchronization cabinet of the Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé in Laval. Work includes the selective demolition of existing infrastructure and the supply and installation of new distribution equipment (panels, cabling and related devices). In order to ensure the continuity of services in this 24/7 operational hospital environment, the contractor will need to deploy a temporary generator. The mandate also includes compliance with standards, integration of seismic protections, as well as commissioning tests. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of work and protective measures required. The work consists of, but is not limited to: The provision of all permits other than the required construction permit, including related documents; The demolition of the elements; Temporary work; Containment work related to infection control; Lockdown work related to user safety; The daily and final cleaning of the site; The provision of documents related to documentation and the closure of the site. Work schedule: Work that does not disrupt the peripheral activities of the establishment may be done during the following hours, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The other work must be done in the evening and on weekends. No tolerance will be accepted before or after these working hours.Service interruptions must be coordinated with the technical service department at least 10 working days before the intervention.
