Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Naples, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District seeks to hire a qualified architectural firm with extensive fire station and emergency services facility experience to design Station #26. Prospective consultants are required to obtain solicitation documents via Demand Star through the District's website. Contact with any District Board of Commissioners or employees is prohibited except as specified. All questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline via electronic mail. Responses and addenda will be posted on DemandStar, and it is the responsibility of respondents to review and acknowledge any addenda. Responses must be submitted as a single searchable PDF file not exceeding 20 MB, through DemandStar by the stated deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. All preparation and submission costs are the sole responsibility of the consultant. The District reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the solicitation at any time without liability.
